HIGH PRICES, VERY LOW QUALITY

THIS WAS BY FAR MY WORST HAIR CUT EVER ! I AM A GUY AND THE STYLYIST MUST HAVE BEEN DRINKING OR SLEEPING, MY FRIENDS EVEN NOTICED HOW BAD IT WAS AND I HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE IT FIXED BECAUSE THE OWNER REFUSED A REFUND. THE OWNER IS VERY MEAN AND UNREASONABLE, DO NOT USE THIS SALON UNLESS YOU ARE RICH AND HAVE MONEY TO WASTE ON A HORRIBLE HAIRCUT.

- Cons: amateur stylists, HIGH HIGH HIGH PRICES, poor quality, and horrible attitudes

Worst Hair Salon Ever

I went in for a simple one process color and 5 hours later, I walked out with orange scarecrow hair and $100 less in my wallet. I have been having my hair colored for 20 years and I have never experienced anything so horrible before. Mistake after mistake after mistake with no apologies. I was conveniently seated away from any mirrors, and told I'd be fine. I had to sneak into the bathroom to see what was going on with my hair. It was always bright orange, everytime I asked why, I was given a million excuses. On top of this, the attitude was bad, they made me feel like I was bothering them or being fussy and couldn't wait for me to leave. Then they had the nerve to charge me $100!!! I should not have had to pay for their mistakes. I did not ask for all the processes, they decided to do it. It is 2 days later and my scalp is dry and itchy and my hair is damaged. I decided to go here because it is close to home for me. What a mistake. I'd would have rather taken the half hour drive into Marietta, then to walk out with the results from sitting in this salon for 5 hours.
