This place is without a doubt the worst "so-called" Spa ever. Completely unprofessional staff, services aren't up to par with their less expensive competitors, and the staff seemed so unhappy, like being there, providing the services being paid for, was an inconvenience. There was an issue of sanitation with their nail station as well. Overall, I would suggest that you skip this place altogether.

I would not recommend this spa due to very poor customer service. I called to rebook an appointment and was placed on hold for so long I just hung up. I called back and an answering machine picked up and would not allow me to leave a message. On my third attempt, I finally got someone to talk to me who said it was too late to cancel/rebooked without a penalty. I would not be surprised if they placed people on hold or did not answer calls so that they could purposely charge people for service not rendered/received. So, be cautious when dealing with this spa. They might not answer your calls.
Pros: Good Parking, Near Shopping
Cons: Doesn't Answer Calls, Doesn't admit errors, Doesn't return calls

I called to make an appointment and was put on hold for a long time. When she finally got back to me I asked to make an appointment for a massage. She said she was real busy on the phone and took my number to call me back. I didn't receive a return call for a long time and I almost went somewhere else. She finally called me back and I got a massage that day (must not have been too busy!) I don't think I'll return. Even though the massage was great the front desk really turned me off.
Pros: massage therapist, convenience
Cons: unfriendly, no other clients, tense atmosphere
