In response to the review below(from the server in question), I find that post hurtful and degrading. Hepatitis C because I have tattoos? Low.Though I do appreciate your somewhat constructive criticism, I would just like to say that just because I wait tables does not mean I don't deserve respect as well. All I felt I was doing was voicing that I didn't feel that those were something I should have to remove from a table. Simply put, they were not in your dish. I hade to remove them with my bare hands. :( See my logic? I am still more than happy to wait on you and your coworkers and will still do it with the utmost courtesy. Please, any other folks reviewing Sidelines on Barrett, don't let this sway you from coming in. We would love to wait on you!

I've found a new home away from home!

Just moved here recently and used this site to figure out where to go hang out. Took a few of the suggestions and have been stopping by Sidelines on Barrett Pkwy a few times a week for the last couple of months while trying to decide where my new permanent hang out is going to be. I've received awesome service from most of the bartenders (as a former bartender, that's where I always sit). They are a pretty great mix of adorable girls (Mallory, Kari, and Melissa I think?) and 1 lucky brother named Walter, (who might be the funniest person I've ever met and serves as bartender and bouncer apparently from what I can notice). Anyways, went in on Super Bowl and saw Mallory and Walter working behind the bar...decided to hang out for the game and that afternoon just cemented my making this my new home away from home. Was a fantastic time and was exactly what I was looking for in a new hangout: laid-back, uber-friendly, and an unbelievable mix of personalities who never let me go thirsty. If you are looking for a cookie cutter type bar (think Chili's, or Friday's) then move on...this is more like the old style bar where you walk in and see 10 people at the bar that you already know. Keep it up Sidelines, these others that have complained should be much more comfortable at lame places like Hooters or Tilted Kilt. Tell Walter he owes me $30 off the Super Bowl too! Hahahaha..love it.

• Pros: Bartenders were awesome, drinks great, food very good
• Cons: a little smoky at time but it's a bar...i like em that way.

BEST BAR IN KENNESAW OR EVEN ATLANTA!

I've been a "regular" at Sidlines for about eight years now. They have by far the best bar fod around the best drink specials around and the best girls around. Heather, Hannah, and Ashley are the most attentive and nice waitresses I've ever been around they have remembered me for years even after being out of the state for almost a year with the Army. When my favorite team (THE Pittsburgh Steelers) are on they make every effort to change one of the numerous TV's to the game. THIS IS THE ONLY BAR I'LL GO TO IN KENNESAW!!!!!

Best Place in Kennesaw !!!

If you want to have a Great Time, this is the place to go. There's everything you need (pool tables, video games, darts etc.) to enjoy a great night out. They remodeled the whole place Flat Screens everywhere! Oh let's not forget their daily specials to include 1.50 nitro pints everyday! That's fits my budget! in these trying times.

Good sports bar

Sidelines is a fun place to go hang out. Every night there is something different going on from tivia to poker and karaoke to a live band. Tons of fun, smoker friendly, lots of TV's, pool tables, and good looking women. Great deals on food as well.

BEST FOOD AND WAIT STAFF

The food is always top notch here and the wait staff is incredible. One waitress in particular is amazing!

Her name is, aka: The Dirty Brit, she is as beautiful as she is friendly. This is with out a doubt the most incredible woman I have ever seen! The food, atmosphere, everything is very cool.

Especially "Dirty Brit"!

Also Mallory, I love tatoos!!!

This was a okay place. I was only there for about 45 minutes. It is pretty relaxed and inexpensive. Be careful on the weekend

Sidelines, great staff, great food, good times.

I'm in my 50's so I don't get questioned at the door to prove my age. My server's name was Mallory, a cute kid with some tattoos. Probably the same one that this woman named Tammy with the oil face was complaining about. Mallory was very personable, friendly and just generally happy to be alive. Paul the manager walked up and asked how everything was and I said "Great". Sidelines has a nice atmosphere inside that makes a person feel welcome.

I wasn't even going to write a review until I read some of these other ones. Don't people realize when they are in their 20's that they need to bring their ID with them to bars where smoking is allowed in Georgia? The young man who was offended because someone was under 18 and Paul had to move him outside... that simply means you were asked to leave and you argued about it. Just the fact that you said you talked to the Coob Cop and tried to file an ASSAULT complaint tells me everything about you. By the way that is how you spell assault. But the all time loser has to be this Tammy M. You have the ill manors to clean the oil off of your face at the table while other people are eating and ALMOST always put the used nasty pads on your plate. All that and your worried what you are going to get from this little girl who is serving you and give the restaurant a bad review? Tattoos are for the people who have them. They are done in a clean environment. This isn't the 60's on the waterfront. Wake up and learn some manors.

Sideline's is a clean enjoyable place to eat. The service and staff was above average. Also, if you like to see a friendly face and you don't intend to clean yours with pads at the table ask for the tattooed waitress. Always remember this is a drinking, smoking and eating establishment... a business that has laws it has to abide by. Oh yes, and they actually have rest rooms to clean the oil off your face if you so choose to do that!

Life is too short but get one

I'm a regular and never gotten anything short of great service and great food. I know the fine young Lady involved in educating a greasy person on table manners and if she felt moved to comment IT was justified. Ms. Grease won't be missed, in fact it's a blessing it wasn't another time of the month.

Most important: If you are looking for "a place where everybody knows your name" become a regular at Sidelines.

Rude

The woman who was very rude and judgemental to the waitress should be ashamed! Just because you have a tattoo, does not mean that you have Hep C and that they're any lower than "you". And just what do you mean by the list they give these "people"??? Since when are servers "people"...you are talking about them like they are lower than the gum on the bottom of your shoe! I used to be a server, I resent that! You are probably a stuck up tweed, who has nothing better to do than make people feel inferior to you! Please. I wouldn't pay money to be like you! You need a clue and a life! But I'm sure you feel just so sure and proud of yourself....when really you're probably an unhappy, insecure, snob who gets her kicks out of hate! Next time keep your nasty face grease at home, I don't care if the Mother Teresa herself is picking up the trash, I'm sure she wouldn't like it either! I have had this server before and she was very quick, nice, mannerly and did a GREAT job!!
