I brought my TDI diesel Beetle in for service and they assigned my car to Steve in Service. The repairs were minor and covered under warranty. Steve got me set up in a rental car free of charge and called me everyday with status. The repair took much longer than expected (nearly a week) and after 2 months I am going to have to bring it in again for the same problem, but Steve was good to work with and made the overall experience pleasant.

• Cons: warranty requirements are expensive
