I have to admit I work for Celebrate Life International, so in a sense I'm reviewing myself. The more I meet people and ask them what their work environment is like, I'm surprised how "dysfuntional" it is. Not so at CLI. I'm amazed at how well we get along as a staff, work through our issues constructively and work at honoring each other's integrity. We are in the business of transforming at-risk youth into responsible citizens. We have programs, materials and personnel that fuel our passion to see this next generation raised up for success in life. Our philosophy of reaching youth is called "Teach One to Lead OneŽ"--training one person to be a positive influence on their peers. We build relationships with these young people, be it in the public schools, alternative high schools or in the juvenile court system. Feel free to contact us about bringing Teach One to Lead one into your school or area!
Pros: Innovative, effective at transforming youth
Cons: Too small! Needs to grow to become nationwide, not just be in 3 states.
