Just wanted to take a quick minute to let you know about a great experience in an unexpected place - the repair shop. I took my van to Kauffman Tire on Pleasant Hill Rd in Duluth for squeeky brakes. I was greeted at my car by the Store Manager Mark. He listened to my needs, and got my van into the shop without a wait. My van was repaired before I could finish my cell phone call. The level of customer service by Mark and everyone there was outstanding.
