I purchased a bedroom set about 2 weeks ago. I had it delivered and when it arrived one of the nightstands was damaged. I contacted the my sales person and she advised me that I needed to call customer service. I was expecting a hassle. I was pleasantly surprised when I called their corporate office and spoke to their customer service dept. The lady I spoke to was very professional and courteous, she arranged for an exchange of the nightstand without any hassles and at their expense. From the time I placed my order until the exchange was done my experience was very positive and I would recommend By Design to all my friends and family.
