Bulldog Movers

I have used Bulldog Movers twice in the last 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Not only was nothing damaged during my move, but the moves were completed in the timeframe the sales rep said it would be. The movers were pleasant to work with and had great, positive attitudes. When it's time to move again, I will be calling Bulldog Movers. Would recommend them to anyone.

Just finished my 4th move with Bulldog over a twenty year stretch. As before it was not only painless but downright pleasant. The guys kept a great attitude with the August heat over 95 degrees. I kept giving them water, they kept moving furniture. They called me 2 days before to confirm and called again on the morning of the move to let me know they were on their way. Curtis and crew were excellent! I hope this is my last move, but if not they'll be hearing from me again.

My experience with Bulldog Movers has been a nightmare. The crew showed up with 4 men when I had confimred a crew of three, the driver (and only English speaker) left in the middle of my move to quote another job, they tracked dog feces through my brand new house, and were incredibly slow. I caught them sitting on the truck. It wasn't until my 55 year old mother got on the truck and started unloading things that they started moving quickly. Boxes that they packed were mislabled and put in the wrong room. Total chaos. And the problems don't stop there. I called the next day to discuss the problems that I experienced and seek compensation for carpet cleaning, the extra men, and the time for when the crew leader left to quote another job. I was promised a check to an amount that we mutually agreed upon. After calling several times, the check finally nearly a month later, for $40 less than it should have been. After talking with someone in accounting, and operataions, it has been determined that I will not recieve the amount that was promised. Any company that will leave a customer incredibly angry and dissatisfied for $40 is ridiculous. DO NOT USE BULLDOG MOVERS.

My experience with Bulldog Movers was horrible! I scheduled a move that should have taken 3 hours, but it took a total of 10 hours of my day!!! This is how it started. I scheduled a move for 1pm (moving window from 1pm-4pm). However, no one ever called me to say Bulldog was running late. I called Bulldog after 3:30pm to say ...heay are you going to MOVE ME? They stated on yeah they should be on their way. I called several more times and they stated ...their own their way. Well, after waiting and waiting, they didn't show up until 6:15PM!!!!! I was FURIOUS!!!!! When they showed up they only had 2 men instead of the 3 men I requested. When I talked to them, they never mentioned that only 2 men would show up. Due to the fact, that I only had 2 men it took them an additional 2 hours....a total of 5 hours to MOVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I ended up paying an EXTRA 2 hours on top of my 3 hour MOVE!!!!) In fact, they didn't finish until 11:15pm AT NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the worst move EVER in the history of moving!!!! I called customer service, dispatcher and the owner and they were acting as if this MADNESS was my fault, but I quess it is for choosing BULLDOG to move me!!!! In the end, they stated they would only refund me 1 hour of my moving expenses. I think that is OUTRAGEOUS...especially when it wasn't my fault. I will never, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER , NEVER use them again!! My experience was horrible and it appears the owner doesn't care about me as a customers or my moving experience. In their voice recording...it states a 100% guarantee...that’s TOTALLY NOT TRUE, because I am NOT !!! I've moved several times and THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST!!!!!! Buyers BEWARE!!!
