First excellent customer service, a very fun atmosphere that does high quality work. I would recommend Cooper Lake to anyone with any auto repair needs
Pros: High Quality Work, and Great Customer Service
Cons: They do such a good job that the wait may be longer than expected

I had taken my car to another shop numerous times, with many different reasons for the check engine light, and after buying many "sensors".... and much frustration a friend of mine recommended Cooper Lake Automotive. I took my car there, they called me a few hours later and said I needed an intake gasket. I told them to fix it and it was done in 1 day and the light has been off since. From now on I will only take my car here!!! Now if I can just get my money back from the other shop....
Pros: Great location easy to get to and lots of parking

Everyone know's to be skeptical of mechanics....especially as a female, who honestly does not know that much about cars... I brought my old clunker to Cooper Lake for a tune-up a few months ago, crossed my fingers, and hoped for the best. I was pleasantly surprized that not only were the guys very respectful, didnt try to talk me into replacing the entire engine, and had the car ready in less than a day---but my bill was actually LESS than what they had originally quoted me! That is the very first time that has ever happened to me... They also spotted that my tire was about to pop--skeptical me said "leave it be," but when I looked for myself, they were telling me the truth! I ABSOLUTLY recomend these guys!!
Pros: Not pushy, on time, honest, and fair priced.

Friendly, professional, and fast. I am happy to have found this service center and will go back for all of my repairs. It is family owned and operated - - meaning they take pride in their work. They recently stayed 2 hours late to fix my car because they had agreed to do it that day. Also - they have never tried to up-sell me on mystery things that need to be fixed.
