I called (770) 650-8294 at approximately 7.50am on 01/10/06. Driver/Dispatcher or whoever picked up the phone was very rude. I was stranded and this was my first time catching a cab. He asked for a Landmark and I told him. Then he got impatient and said he didn't have time to figure out where I was. Asked me to call somebody else. Driver must have had a long morning, but PLEASE DON'T TAKE IR OUT ON YOUR CUSTOMERS. I hope these calls are recorded because someone needs to be reprimended or atleast thought about customer service

The dispatch operator I spoke to was friendly and helpful, even though our conversation was brief. The cab arrived very soon and the driver was extremely friendly and pleasant.

I called for a friend of mine to get a taxi to pick her up. I was very disappointed in the person who answered the phone. Not only did he yell at me, but he was not only rude, but he also used profanity, was very defensive and aggrevated with me. I would NEVER use this company!!!

I have honestly never been more appalled by poor service. The man who answered the phone used profanity at me when I asked if I should reconfirm the cab in the morning. It is hard to believe, but I think this company has forgotten that they are in the service industry and they have competition.
