Great shoes at very low prices..all first quality
by MrClkHow at Citysearch
Money has been getting tight lately so I have quit shopping at those overprice Malls and started to bargin hunt. Bennie's Shoes is a great place to find 1st quality shoes at great discount prices. Let me say this, most of what Bennie's Shoes carries is all current styles. Very few close-outs. I visited Bennie's this past Saturday and boy were they busy. I guess in this crazy market, the discount stores really look good.
I found a pair of men's Clark casual shoes for $39.95 ($129.95 retail). I also found a pair of dress Rockports for $79.95 ($110.00 retail). I just love the fact that I am saving money on name brands than spending money for some off brand I never heard of. My brother did buy a pair of Sebago shoes for only $49.95 (it was on a special mark-down table).
I will be back this weekend to pick up a pair of Cole Haans they had on sale for $99.95 ($145.00 retail).
In these most difficult times, we all must learn to become a smarter shopper.
- Pros: Great prices, very good service.
- Cons: I alway forget where they are located. Not Jimmy Carter Blvd, but Indian Trail.
All current styles!

I have been shopping with Bennie's Shoes since I first moved to Atlanta in 1988. The service is with out question the best (the dept. stores could learn from Bennie's). I saw one of the reviews mention that Bennie's has last years styles. This is not true. All Bennie's shoes carries is up to date styles. I was in Bennie's of Norcross last week and saw all the new styles they received from Allen Edmond (2008) and Cole Haan(2008). I have never written a review before, but since the people at Bennie's have been so nice to me and my father (who is 87 years old and is treated like a king when he comes into Bennie's) I thought I should set the record straight that they carry nothing but current styles not last years close-outs. Even if Neil Boortz talks about how much he loves Bennie's shoes, I will still go in there.
- Pros: current and new styles
- Cons: they close to early (6:00pm)
Good Prices For Last Years Styles!
by jaymaygm at Citysearch
As a kid growing up in Atlanta, my parents would take me to the old Broadview Plaza Shopping Center on Piedmont, to Bennie's for school shoes. It was always a pair of Bass Weejun's. When I grew up, I would occasionaly stop in, and pick up a couple of pairs. And yes the service is very good. And the prices are also. But as I became more sophisticated, the styles seemed rather dated. And they are. Most of the inventory is last years styles, at good prices. There is certainly nothing wrong with that.
- Pros: Decent Prices On Men's Shoes!
- Cons: Mostly Last Year's Styles!

I hope my wife does not discover what a great place Bennie's is to shop. She has enough shoes. Me and my three sons have been shopping at Bennie's Shoes for many years because of the great SERVICE and PRICES. I wear nothing but Cole Haan (which i think they have every shoe Cole Haan makes),

First let me say I can't believe after 30+ years of buying shoes at Bennie's they just started selling LADIES SHOES!! I hope my wife does not discover what a great place Bennie's is to shop. She has enough shoes.
Me and my three sons have been shopping at Bennie's Shoes for many years because of the great SERVICE and PRICES. I wear nothing but Cole Haan (which i think they have every shoe Cole Haan makes), Allen Edmonds and my one pair of Reef saddles (with the bottle opener). I think everyone in Atlanta shops at Bennie's and because of the great customer service I can see why!
- Pros: Service, name brands at great prices, sizes, and selection

Bennies has great service. I wear a size 14D and I can't believe the great amont of shoes I have to choose from. I hate to shop, but I sure do not mine going into Bennie's. Everyone in there honestly want to help you find the right pair of shoes. Now I know why every man in Atlanta shops at Bennie's.
- Pros: inexpensive, knowledgeable, friendly
