Mixed Emotions

I have been a client at Three 13 for about 3 years. I have used a few services: haircut, eyebrow wax, perm... Callie cuts my hair and I have NO complaints about her ability... She is great! Since I was so pleased with cuts, I decided to inquire about a perm. I was very specific in what I wanted. When I got there and spoke to the techician, she didn't agree with my thoughts for MY perm. I gave in because after all - she was the technician!! She ended up not giving me the perm. She was a higher level associate and she was extremely backed up. She PAWNED me off on another technician that had not been there as long. Needless to say, I paid for the higher priced tech and got lower priced results. I had a lower level associate trim my hair after the perm and she had NO CLUE!!! It was a disaster to say the least. She didn't have a clue where to begin. After almost $200 - I was so upset, I went somewhere else to have it done right!!! I haven't been back for a haircut or perm at Three 13, but Gail still does my eyebrows. She is quick and GREAT!! I would recommend Callie for haircuts - she is pricey, but worth it if you want it done right. As far as the wait... It is an issue when you get your haircut - no so much when I get my eyebrows done. They are great people there and some that aren't so great! I definitely recommend the higher levels...

• Cons: PRICE!!! Lower level associates are at lower levels for a reason!

I have been going to 3-13 since 1996. Traci Williams is my senior stylist and always make me look beautiful. I get so many compliments on my hair from the many events I attend in Atlanta. She has almost 30 years experience and wins a ton of awards each year in Miami and Las Vegas. If you are looking for a haircut that will show off your best assetts, call for Traci.

I also use Michael Lyvers as my senior colorist. He the best.! Call 3-13 today if you want to look and feel pampered and baeautiful for any need from weddings and proms to general everyday looks, 3-13 is your place.

Absolutely Fabulous!

I have been going to Three13 for almost 4 years, what more can I say??. I've used several of their technichans for color & cuts. I am VERY picky about my hair, like most of us :), but have NEVER been disappointed. Communication & customer service is a lost art these days & Three13 always delivers on both.

My favorite hangout

I have been going to Three-13 ever since I moved to the Atlanta area. I feel like a rock star everytime I go in - they treat me and everyone else so well.

From the top designers to the newest staff member, everyone is polite and friendly and excellent at their jobs.

I am in a situation where I love two cutters so much, I refused to choose between them and now alternate for my haircuts and styles.

Haircut

Marsha is awesome. She gives one of the best haircuts I have ever had. She is meticulous with her cuts. She will let you know if the cut is not right for your hair or suggest what needs to be done so you can wear a certain style

The Best Place to get your hair colored and cut

I have been getting my hair cut for over 20 years at Three -13 Salon and I would not go anywhere else. The staff is well trained, and they really listen to the customer's wishes and follow them.

I have never been unhappy with the results and would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a GREAT salon in GA.
