Less than I expected

My two daughters and I received gift certificates from my husband for Christmas. He made three stops in to decide what to give us. He told them specifically that one of my daughters was 12 years old. After reviewing the Menu of Service and stopping by to schedule Facials, I found out that they only did body services on 16 year olds and up. I gave my 12 year old cash for her gift certificate She was dissappointed, as well as my husband, who asked every question imaginable of the salon.

My 16 year old and I scheduled Quick Fix Facials. All services are supposed to include shampoo/conditioning with scalp, neck and back massage, and the parrafin wax hand treatment. We waited for about fifteen minutes, took a quick tour, and stood up at a sink to wash our hands and get the parrafin treatment. I was wearing a sweater that would not push up and I had my purse on my shoulder. No one offered to tell me where to put my stuff (lockers?). I was then taken with my cocoon to sit on a sofa for ten minutes, unable to take my purse off my shoulder. The girl that did my tour came into this nicely decorated waiting area and took off the wax, which got all over the sofa and rug. I preceded to stand over the trash can and get the remaining wax off, before I picked up the rest of the particles! I waited another 25 minutes. The facial was good, very cold room, and all the mud etc. was cold, really nice lady (Gail). Then she took me to get my daughter in the previous room, handed me a bottle of water and ushered me to the cashier, where I just stood there with a dumb look on my face. After she gave me my total, I said that I was under the impression that we were to have our hair washed and shampooed, and I was going to pay the extra to have our hair styled. We then had to wait another 25 minutes to have our hair shampoo-ed and then ended up walking out with our hair wet.

I have a large gift certificate that I really don't want to use, but there are no refunds.

I have been a client of Three-13 for 8 years now and have always been more than satisfied with my service. From my routine maintenance to my wedding day, Three-13 is the best! My referrals speak for themselves - every week I am recommending them to total strangers that approach me. I don't know what I would do without them!

Great Spa services

I had a mani/pedi, facial and eyebrow wax with Angela. She was great in all areas! The pedi room was a little chilly but the facial room was so cozy and comfortable. I think i fell asleep!

A Must-Visit Experience: Beauty Treatment for All Ages!

This year I celebrate over 31 years of being a client at Three~13 and so enjoy the professional guidance that helps me stay with current styles. I would not go anywhere else! The professional pride and obvious passion for the art of beauty care is so clearly apparent. The Three~13 experience begins before you enter the doors of the building with viewing the ever changing landscape of the beautiful grounds. On the inside there are rooms with soft music, choice of beverages, a back message after each shampoo, interesting conversation with Three~13 professionals.

Rooms are adorned with fresh flowers and holiday decor. It never fails; I leave with a smile, for each visit is pact with pleasure. Thank you Tony, Michael, and the entire Three~13 family! You are the greatest!

In the 30-plus years I have gone to Three~13 my "waits" have been few and far between. To balance any wait I have had, there has been great understanding when I have overlooked an appointment; employees have been very understanding and eased my embarrassment.

Yes, the price of my cut is seemingly high, but even when I need a new cut the style is blow, shake, and looks good. Not the case on the few visits I have had to have a cut elsewhere.

I have been going to 3-13 since 1996. Traci Williams is my senior stylist and always make me look beautiful. I get so many compliments on my hair from the many events I attend in Atlanta. She has almost 30 years experience and wins a ton of awards each year in Miami and Las Vegas. If you are looking for a haircut that will show off your best assetts, call for Traci.

I also use Michael Lyvers as my senior colorist. He the best.! Call 3-13 today if you want to look and feel pampered and baeautiful for any need from weddings and proms to general everyday looks, 3-13 is your place.

Absolutely Fabulous!

I have been going to Three13 for almost 4 years, what more can I say??. I've used several of their technichans for color & cuts. I am VERY picky about my hair, like most of us :), but have NEVER been disappointed. Communication & customer service is a lost art these days & Three13 always delivers on both.

I have been going to Three-13 ever since I moved to the Atlanta area. I feel like a rock star everytime I go in - they treat me and everyone else so well.

From the top designers to the newest staff member, everyone is polite and friendly and excellent at their jobs.

I am in a situation where I love two cutters so much, I refused to choose between them and now alternate for my haircuts and styles.
