I called this morning at about 9:20 and was told a shirt and apron could be laundered/starched and back by 3:00 if it was dropped off by 10:00. My son dropped his shirt off at 9:45 and went back at 3:00 to pick it up, only to be told it would be 3:30 before it waould be ready and that he had been informed of that when he dropped it off. He was NOT informed of that when he dropped it off as he had to leave for work at 3:00 and would never have left it if it wouldn't be ready until 3:30. He may lose a REALLY GOOD job that he's had for 2 days, if he's late and it will be this cleaner's fault. I will never use them again!!!!!
