Kids love it

No matter how many times we go, we always have a fun day. Kids love the wave pool and there are plenty of good rides that the whole family can enjoy. Lines can get long at time though.
Six Flags goes aquatic at the South's largest water theme park.

The Scene
When it's summertime in Atlanta, ties are worn loosely, pantyhose grudgingly and bathing suits at every opportunity. That's when White Water Park's waterlogged rides and attractions sound like the best thing under the sun.
The Draw
This is the place to get wet. Plunge down the 90-foot Cliffhanger, one of the world's tallest free-fall water slides, or funnel through the 735-foot-long Run-a-Way River, a vicious four-person tunnel raft ride. If that's not enough, try the Bermuda Triangle, Gulf Coast Screamer or Banzai Pipeline. The Tornado is a giant funnel-shaped water slide. Younger parkgoers can splash around in Little Squirt's Island and Captain Kid's Cove, or just float down one of two lazy rivers. Everybody loves the wave pool, which features glitzy Vegas-style entertainment and "Dive-In Movies" on Friday nights.
