Unethical and dishonest

This man, Bill Flaherty, is highly unethical. He is hired by buyers to over-exagerrate home problems to really hurt the seller. We had two separate inspectors come out after he provided his bogus report, and they both declared his findings either untrue or inflated. BEWARE!!!
