I searched far and wide for the best price on a 2007 Honda CBR 1000. I found that Lawrenceville Honda had the best price and a good selection. I went to visit the location on a couple of occasions. Finally decide to put down a deposit. I later changed my mind and asked for my deposit back. Kenny agreed to give me my money back. Time passed and they only gave me 1/3 of my deposit back. Called back and he said the owner had changed her mind and would not give the rest of my deposit back. They offered me a credit good for one year from date of initial deposit (May 9). Called in February to make sure offer was still valid. I was told Wendy(office manager) would call me back after researching the issue. Waited three days and didn't hear form anyone. So I called back and asked for Wendy. Very rude, impolite, she stated that Kenny no longer works for them, but he stated that my credit was only good until January 30, not May 9 like previously stated. They have good prices, great selection, but they are some very lying, underhanded, and untrustworthy people. After I placed my deposit down. I started hearing alot of horrible stories about the TERRIBLE customer service. I will never do business with them again. I am starting to wonder why my original salesperson or the sales manager no longer work for them.
Pros: Selection, Price
Cons: Terrible customer service, Terrible customer service, Terrible customer service

I am new to the area and I needed to get my bike serviced. I called for informationa and was told I needed to make an appointment. I dropped my bike off on a Tuesday, and it was ready for pick-up the next day. They even called me at work to let me know it was ready early. The service department looked clean and organized and I got an itemized bill showing what was done to my bike. The total was almost exactly what I had been told --no surprises! While I was there I looked around the new bike showroom, they sure have a bunch of new bikes. I know I will be going back for my next service and to get any parts or accessories when I need them. Pros: Honest Service, Good selections
Cons: Kinda hard to get there, but worth it

Got a great price on my 2008 Goldwing. Traded-in a 1998 Goldwing and got about what I expected. Salesman was friendly and did follow-ups. However, it took almost all day to accomplish the purchase. I had my own financing and arrived with a bank check to complete the transaction. The issue was the trade-in. It took them hours to evaluate it. In the end I got exactly what I expected and after consulting with the salesman, I'm convinced the trade-in sold within 24 hours. (i.e., they got a great deal and made lots of money on the trade-in.) The trade-in was a cherry. One disappointment: After riding the bike approximately 1000 miles I replaced the motor oil and checked the fluids. The rear-end oil was low as was the coolant. Apparently, this bike was not properly serviced. As soon as I topped-up the rear end, the wine coming from the rear end was significantly reduced. I contacted the dealership to express my dismay and concern. All I got was a defensive attitude. Not pleased with that. I would NOT have my bike serviced at Lawrenceville Honda, but I would buy another bike from them.
Pros: Price, Selection excellent
Cons: Service Department questionable

I visited Lawrenceville Honda because they advertised on line some great prices on a Goldwing. The salesman, Charles Sasser stated they would give me book wholesale value for my trade-in. He looked it up in their book at $12650.00. The next day I called him and stated I was bringing in my bike to work a deal. After driving 130 miles he meets me in the parking lot and states the owner would only give me a little over half of the book value, $7800.00, because another dealer had some of the same bike that they could not sell. Sasser had my number, which I watched him write down the day before, and he could have called me and told me that, saving me a 130 mile trip. I turned around and left. No matter how good a price they offer I will never do business with these people. Poor, sad, customer service, especially in this economy, trying to lowball me on my trade; i guess they figured once I was there I would cave in and give them my bike. Not only will I never spend one cent at this dealer ever, but I will tell everyone I know about how this played out. This dealer lost two sales as I am shopping for a bike for a friend, which I do often. Had they treated me with dignity and respect they might have earned lots of business, (service, parts, bikes) but as it turns out they get none.

I have bought 3 motorcycles in the last 2 1/2 years from this dealer, plus other things for riding. I have been a loyal customer. I was disappointed when I asked for something minimal and the management would not include it for me after I have purchased 3 bikes from them. Oh well. The sales person that I always used there recently left too (apparently he felt mistreated as well). I will not go back to Lawrenceville Honda. I think that customer loyalty is important. I guess they do not. Cycle Nation just opened in Braselton near my home. I bought my latest bike there and was very, very happy with everything.
Pros: Great service from Chris Sheldon the salesperson
Cons: Management is not quite as good and they make the decisions- frugal is a good word
