I have visited Dr. Boutte's dermatology office numerous times, and I wonder why I go back. Being new to Atlanta, numerous people recommended Dr. Boutte and her dermatology practice. My experience has been horrible. I have requested an appointment with Dr. Boutte over three visits from Sept. 06 to today. I have yet to see or be seen by Dr. Boutte. My appointment was for 10: sahead of me when I arrived. A strange doctor examined me and informed me that Dr. Boutte was conducting interviews over the phone and wouldn't be seeing me today after I specifically requested an appointment with her. On my last visit, I was seen by a practitioner that was no longer working there. I requested to speak with Dr. Boutte briefly, and she wouldn't see me. At no point was I informed that the wait would be 2 hours long, and that Dr. Boutte would not be seeing me. The doctor I did see could barely speak english, didn't take the time to hear me out, made suggestions based on assumptions, she assumed I processed my hair, amongst many other things. Don't waste your time. Find a physician that values their practice and their patients. DR. BOUTTE DOES NOT!!!
