I went here after being dissatisfied with the prices from my otherwise excellent optometrist.

It was a bad idea. The prices were, indeed, much better. But not the value- except perhaps for someone who has no value for their own time and no concern about the service. Everyone I dealt with was cordial but inept. It began when they lost my walk in appointment sheet and I sat there needlessly until I did one again. Then my glasses arrived several days after the time they were supposed to. And the frames were bent. Then they took my glasses back for new frames and said replacement would take just a day or two. No call. Then I called them and they were unable to find the paperwork or my glasses which they had taken. I am still trying...Not sure what the outcome will be, but it has already been pretty bad.
