Great value, incredibly dirty

This place was unbelievably cheap. The people were friendly, and the service was excellent. However, the floor was simply revolting. I wiped and wiped at it, but just touching the floor with a damp rag would turn the rag black. Ugh. This place needs to invest in a bit of soap and perhaps some training for their cleaning service.
