what a great time my family and i had at this bowling center! we came in for the first time and was immediately spoken to welcome us. the lady at the counter seemed to go out of her way to be most helpful explaining every thing to us. my husband and i were feeling like we had known her forever. then another lady came and put us on a lane. i found out from the 2nd lady that the owner was the one we spoke to 1st. wow! most owners do not go out of their way like she did! she later came to us and explained the menu for food to us. we do not eat meat and they had salads and other items for us to choose from! the food was so good. this is an older bowling center but the lanes looked new. the owner told us about a club and dj and thats all good but we do not go to clubs. but we do drink and she went into the club and got us a drink that we ordered. i have never felt so pampered and waited on . it was a very nice experience. everyone should go there and feel the warmth and kindness that this place has. may alla always be with you.

my experience at this bowling alley was sooooo great! i met both of the owners and they were extremely helpful! the food was magnificient! they have the best burgers and they are huge!!! you can not beat their prices!! eat and bowl at a discounted price. the place is older than other bowling alleys but the prices and the people are worth the time to go there. the lady at the snack bar was very nice! we will be back again!! its just so nice to go some where and have fun and have a good time. they told me that they have a club and a dj that is there on the weekends. i will be trying out the club this week end!! its great to go and have fun and not have to spend a lot of money !!!!

I must say the management is real lazy and unappreciative too the there guest.I dont know his name but some one told me its was thee owner He has a real nasty attitude too his consumer who come in It will be long time before I come there again.Thee only bright spot is was my order I made at the snack bar Pam she was very generous and courtious and mad e my order in timely fashion I did not have too wait long PAMELA I thank you for being kind. I will come back and see you again.

Glenwood Lanes renewed our dwindling love for the game. After a drastic price increase at our favorite lanes, my family and I were in search of an affordable facility to spend the early hours of Sunday morning. We called at 7:48 am and were as delighted as we were surprised to reach a live person. We were told that the lanes open at 9:00 am and games before noon were only 95 cents. Even if we didn’t make it before noon, the games were only $1.50 and just another $2.50 for shoes. This price is less than half of what we paid the day before at a supposedly “fun center” that had underwent yet another price increase. From beginning to end, we enjoyed a day of family fun. Though an older center, Glenwood left nothing to be desired. The gentleman at the front counter was not only polite and knowledgeable, but also thoughtful and helpful. He provided change for a large bill and a receipt upon request. We were placed on a lane where we had adequate room to move around and the shoes we rented were comfortable and in good condition. My favorite provision at Glenwood Lanes was the BowlingBalls. They provided BowlingBalls in a variety of weights, including a 6lb ball with fingerholes large enough for an adult. Though we didn’t order food, we visited the concession stand and reviewed the menu. The workers at the concession stand were friendly and helpful, directing us to their full menu, as we had only been looking at the express menu. We did, however, partake of snacks from the vending machines where I found a rare treat, RC Cola. Upon completing our games, we returned our shoes to find that there was one more gift in store for us – printed scores. The gentleman at the counter gave us a printout on how we faired for all three of the games we played, with totals. In conclusion, a family of three can enjoy three games of bowling fun and snacks in a relaxed atmosphere that encourages you to return again and again.

Pros: Variety of BowlinBall weights, Very inexpensive, mulitple lanes, no wait time.
