I went to Watershed for brunch w/ friends after a bachelorette party & the food was delicious. They quoted a 30-min wait on a Sunday morning, but it only ended up being 10 min. Our waiter was funny & attentive. I had the egg/grits/toast combo. I'm not usually a big egg eater, but they didn't have much for vegetarians on the menu, and I'm glad I tried them b/c they were really good. But the grits - wow! I almost didn't order them b/c I thought they would be the same old grits on every breakfast menu, but they were outstanding. I thought it was a little pricey ($45 for 3 ppl for breakfast), but it was worth it. The menu has a lot of Southern standards but they prepare them with a fresh, creative twist. I will definitely be back.
