Good food, terrible service!

The food at Fancy Pantry is wonderful, which is the only reason that me or my co-workers ever go back. Their level of customer service is deplorable. Our take-out orders are often-times incorrect (i.e. missing soups, wrong sides). Numerous complaints to management have fallen on deaf ears. We usually order at least once a week from FP, and each time we have to check the bag to make sure we get the correct order. If their food was not as good as it is, we would not think twice about never visiting them again.
Pros: Excellent food, fair price.
Cons: service, environment, service, service
