The hot dogs are good but, they cost too much. There are a variety of toppings to choose from and you can sit in the window and watch the cars go by. The service is good too.

Good Chicago Dogs

I had a Chicago dog which is a god size for something quick to eat. I would prefer that they limit the jalapeano peppers to one. Also, I would suggest that you don't go through drive-thru.

Best Hot Dogs in Metro Atlanta!!!

As a Chicago native who knows her hot dogs, I have to say Skip's is the real deal. The service is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.

• Pros: The Chicago style hot dog is spot on
• Cons: Closes early on Sat and not open on Sundays

Superb dogs and Italian beef!

I stopped by Skip's on my way home from work one night and was blown away by a chargrilled jumbo Vienna Beef dog. The Italian Beef sandwich proved a winner as well. It's short on decor, and the value isn't quite there, but I will be back.

• Pros: Fantastic hotdog, Italian Beef sandwich, Philly cheesesteak
• Cons: Cheap surroundings, almost $6 for a combo
