Fried Green Beans

The service was sporadic and on one occasion rude and terse. Only the house salad and fried green beans deserved mention. Although the dressing on the salad erred on the sweet side. The noise level warranted ear plugs and the Edison beer was flavorless. The accompanying proclaimed beer-battered onion rings could have come from The Varsity and no one but your cardiologist would know for sure. And for all this talk about large portions, the sandwich was adequate but left no thoughts of a to-go box, real or imagined.

Excellent Food and Service!

Ok, the place is way cool looking, the variety of food good. Nice bar scene. And the sushi is so fresh, beautifully prepared, and served by people who know. Plus a great variety of special sushi. o the reviewers who love that horrible Soto, come here. Oh yeah, and they have the best fois gras in Atlanta! However, on my last visit, regrettably, they got cheap and cut the portion in half! They lose points for that!

Don't get it!

This is a great place to dine, etc. BUT, I do not feel that they deserved "Best place to be seen" on this site. I feel that this is not their category. I'm not sure how they won - but, they should stick to food - which they are good at and not try to sabotage this category as they have obviously done.

Aqua Blew Me Away

Dining at Aqua Blue is an experience. On one hand they have better sushi than Haru Ichiban and Soto combined. On the other hand I was served grilled asparagus that was luke warm and so woody that it was inedible. It is a fun place to dine from the perspective of an avid voyeur as the bar set seem to have such an interesting take on fashion, but often times the decibel levels coming from there drown out the entire restaurant making conversation impossible. The wait staff are "forgetful" if you're a single diner: you won't get bread and you'll be lucky if your water glass is ever re-filled. The corn muffins are super, as are the biscuits you get in the bread basket at brunch. The AB Fish and Chips has great tempura battered trout, but the waffle fries were bitter and overly fried.

• Cons: Way too loud!, "Forgetful" waitstaff, Uneven side items

love the atmosphere, love the euro/california/fusion decor and cuisine. The staff was friendly and well versed in the menu and the preparation of the dishes

Something for Everyone!

What a beautiful restaurant! I tried out this local Roswell restaurant on a recent Thursday and found it to be the answer to Roswell's restaurant question: Where can we get great sushi, great steaks, and over the top seafood at one spot? AQUA BLUE! Pick your food based on your mood. They even have sandwhiches (they call them "very big sandwiches") that are big enough to share. Thanks for our new spot!

Awesome

I had the oppurtunity to visit this restaurant on a recent business trip to the area. I was extremely impressed with the food, service, and decor.

The staff was attentive and knowledgeble. They knew exactly the correct wine to reccomend with my meal.

It nice to see a restaurant of this caliber in the burbs. I will definetly make the extra trip from downtown next time I'm in the area.
