Compare Brazilian
by 031964 at Citysearch
Compare Fogo De Chao to Texas De Brazil. Claim to be the same, but Texas De Brazil is much better and worth the money. Fogo De Chao is more expensive, meat all taste the same and salad bar nothing special. Service was good although it seems they were always in a hurry to beat the other servers to your table. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. If you are looking for a great meal then drive past Fogo De Chao and find a Texas De Brazil!
Best all you can eat brazilian steakhouse

Fogo de Chao is the best all you can eat brazilian steakhouse I've been to. The food is great, the meat is fresh, just make sure you're in the mood to eat non-stop. More important, the service is great. I would highly recommend eating at the Fogo de Chao.
Don't Believe the Hype

Had 8 o'clock reserves., arrived @ 7:30 & were told we (2) wouldn't be seated until 8:30. Nearly left, but were seated @ 7:50. Waiting at bar, witnessed bartender pour 2 different wine types in same glass. They also have a "drink ticket" system - different. Once seated we were pleased w/ salad bar but the meat was inconsistent: filet mignon was too salty! Cont
- Pros: salad bar
- Cons: loud

It was good if you wanted to eat lots of good food. However, it took 1/2 hour AFTER the reservation time to get seated.
- Pros: All you can eat meat!, Good theme

What about proper wine service??
by mdb at Citysearch
This restaurant is an excellent choice for those wanting to indulge in a never ending selection of meats served right off the skewers. Their wine list is nott too bad, there are some decent selections to choose from, but... what ever happened to proper wine service? This restaurant most definitely needs to train their staff on proper wine etiquette. It is a great disappointment to choose a nice bottle of wine to enjoy with your meal and then have several issues come up and interrupt you. A meal at any restaurant should flow flawlessly so that you do not have to worry or think twice on correcting your service. I am not going to get into the exact details about what happened because most people may not have even noticed there was a problem. Unfortunately maybe this is why proper wine service is rare.
