A bridesmaid of mine wanted me to go to the Saks Bridal department, but I didn't want to go because I thought all the dresses would be 12,000 and the staff would be snooty. However, after looking all over Atlanta I decided to make an appointment. I WAS SO GLAD I DID! The customer service was great! Even though i was only getting married in 5.5 months the staff there was very reassuring that I would find the perfect dress in time and i did. I would recommend the Saks bridal department to anyone. But be advised....the dresses are going to be in the 3,000-6,000 range. They are not inexpensive. Also there isn't a HUGE selection, but I actually found this to be a plus. I didn't have to sift through thousands of dresses. I could just tell them what I wanted and they brought them to me. It was A LOT less stressful than other bridal stores I had been to. 5 stars! And and another thing to think about..... I opened a Saks account and got 10% off my dress!
Pros: Atmosphere, Service, Beautiful dresses, GREAT STAFF

This was the first bridal shop that I went to and the experience was very nice. Customer service was good and the consultant I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the selection of the type of dress I was looking for was limited (very simple, elegant, no frills/poofs/etc) and there was some pressure to buy. Expect to pay upwards of $3000 for a dress.
Pros: good service, nice atmosphere, great if you're looking for a ball-gown style dress
Cons: pricey, some pressure to buy

I haven't been into the salon yet, but the service over the telephone is simple and impeccable. They helped me find a dress Reem Acra dress that is probably two or three years old with in one week. I really am impressed with the level of service.

Why would anyone ever shop anywhere else? Saks was the sixth bridal place I went to, and was by far the best. The customer service was impeccable and personal. Their dresses are expensive, but they are exquisite. Highly recommended.
