Read some of the recent reviews about customer service and quality of pizza. The only thing good about this place is the atmosphere...other than that, nothing else was good. First of all, the service is super slow. The waitress greeted us and brought us waters...then there was no check back for about 15 minutes. She came back 15 minutes later and didn't even ask if we wanted anything else to drink. She directly asked if we were ready to order. We gave an order for an appetizer, which I clearly stated we wanted it out before our main meal, and then for our main meals. We waited for another 20 minutes and she came back to tell us our main meals would be out shortly...yet not appetizer was brought to our table yet. I told her that I didn't want the appetizer to come with the meal...she then said, "no, I'll bring it out right away". 10 minutes pass before she brings out the appetizer...which I could tell was just cooked because it was hot. She either forgot to ring it up or she was going to bring it with the meal. Our meals come out shortly thereafter and the pizzas you could tell had already been sitting out for a little while..the pizzas were soggy. After the meal was delivered, the waitress never checked back with us about how our meal was...by that time, we were just hungry and didn't want to go through the hassle of complaining. The only time the waitress would refill our waters was when we tracked her down and asked her to. Overall, if you like soggy pizza and no service, come here...other than that, you'll be better off eating at Pizza Hut or ordering from Papa John's.
