I have seen no more beautiful trail in Georgia. It is lush and green and extremely well kept. The path is like floiwing black ice with no debris. There are old train trellises, and a gurgling stream

My boys (14 and 16) and I took the trail from Atlanta to the current end. We spent the night in a hotel and came back the next day. The trip was a little hard on the boys and we had a great time. This is a good place to enjoy. Water is hard to find, so make sure you take plenty with you....... We went on a Tuesday and Wednesday so there was very little traffic on the trail.
Pros: flat, cool even in summer
Cons: little water, few places to stop
