11.00Cat's Eye - Upestablished in 1870, herradura is a craft spirit from tequila, Mexico. we blend their silver tequila w/ passion fruit & orange juice in this sunday cocktail reminiscent of a mimosa, but much more fun.
10.00Singapore Sling - Rockscreated in 1915 at the raffles hotel in Singapore, this drink has traveled across the world, literally. this is a gin based punch w/ cherry & orange liqueur, benedictine, pineapple juice & angostura bitters.
11.00Corpse Reviver- UpThis is a classic 19th century cocktail that when well made is a slice of perfection. We depend upon berkshire mountain greylock gin shaken w/ lime juice, lillet, cointreau & a tiny bit of st. george’s absinthe. The combination is truly harmonious.
11.00Zenzero- Rocksthis ginger cocktail is aweak on an Italian negroni cocktail, hence the ialian word “zenzero” meaning ginger. we blend the sweet bitter spirit aperol w/ hum liqueur, dolin chambey vermouth & berkshire mountain greylock gin.
11.00Las Ventas- Upwe use torres spanish brandy to create a complex cocktail based upon a classic blood & sand. this is traditionally dependant on scotch as one of the base ingredients & is mixed w/ sweet vermouth, cherry heering & orange juice. we float some bittercube Jamaica #2 bitters for a beautiful aromatic intensity.

10.00Ward Eight – UpThis is a classic rye cocktail created in the late 19th century in boston’s ward eight. There are as many different recipes for this cocktail as there are peachtree’s in atlanta; so we set out to find the most classic & original design for this cocktail. We settled on bulleit rye 95, lemon juice, orange juice & a splash of our own pomegranate mollasses.
10.00Nutty Sidecar- RocksOne of our favorite creations, this is a combination of a classic brandy sidecar & an amaretto sour. We use equal parts grand marnier & di saronno amaretto shaken w/ fresh lemon juice. Slightly sweet & slightly sour.
10.00Clover Club- UpThis drink originates from the early 1800’s where hotel bars ruled the dining & drinking scene. It is made w/ housemade raspberry syrup, hendricks gin, & then shaken w/ egg whites & fresh lemon juice.
