I highly recommend this yoga studio in Canton! Easy to get to, plenty of parking... Jessie and Shawn are amazing instructors and the classes are inspiring and challenging. Everyone feels welcome there, whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced student. They take special care to explain alternate poses to those who may be suffering from an injury and need to modify their practice. I have become so much stronger since I've been going there. I expected the increased flexibility, but the increased strength is an added bonus. I have also made some new friends there which is another unexpected bonus. :) Good for the mind, body and soul!
