I had a clicking problem and ice maker problem with my Kitchenaide refrigerator. The visit was a 5 star visit from beginning to end. The appliance repair specialist was right on time... called at 8AM and arrived promptly after the call, diagnosed the situation as a stripped out motor, replaced it. I had forgotten I had a burned out light no repair person had been able to repair. Sounds ridiculous but no other "handy men" could find the problem. This person was an electrician before joining the Appliance Doctor, and checked out the wiring, and related possibilities. Repaired it. Then checked the filter system which I had problems removing. He found the problem and helped me learn how to remove it in the future. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and an excellent representative in every way for the Appliance Doctor. He earned the five star rating. His name is Steven.

I was referred to them by a neighbor and have used several times. BRENT is awesome. Used them to repair my refrigerator, dryer and wall oven (lock to clean mechanism failed). Always on time, pleasant, explained everything. A+++

I want to highly recommend "The Appliance Doctor" out of Marietta for your repair needs. A week ago I had a technician come out and recommend a part replacement for our microwave. The part arrived today and another technician came out to put it in. In the process, he found two other parts that needed to be replaced along with the original part. He stopped, showed me that the total I was going to owe was more than a decent new one would cost. Despite being out at our house already an hour or so, they only charged me the original service call for the first visit. I was amazed, they could have easily put in all the parts and I would have been none the wiser. Great to find a business that runs on integrity.

Peter is the most professional and skilled service technician I have ever encountered in the industry! While my appliance is a lemon from the manufacturer, Peter exhausted all efforts, he genuinely cared about my concerns and worked diligently to get to the bottom of my crazy situation. Peter was a pleasure to have in my home and made me feel better about my stressful situation. Appliance Doctor is very fortunate to have him as part of their team and I will not hesitate to call him and refer him to others when the need arises. ASK FOR PETER!

I used them several times over the years and NEVER had a problem. I made the fatal mistake of having my wife hire a company nearby to fix the fridge because they could be there in an hour. What a mistake! $300+ later, he left. It still wasn't working right, 3 trys later and a lot of attitude, it was still not fixed. It was now freezing everything though set at 42. Called Appliance Doctors, they came out, found that the other idiot had unplugged a hidden sensor. He checked everything else out, just in case even though I didn't ask him to do that. 6 months later it is still running like a charm. Their card is on my fridge forever! Great job guys!

Great service!. Appliance Doctor sent out Patrick and he was great. He called ahead to alert me he was on his way, showed up in the promised time frame, was friendly and fixed my front load washer in under an hour! Great experience and I would definitely use the appliance doctor again! Thank you for great customer service with a smile.
