Bad Service - I Would Not Recommend. I went in to try to get a flu shot. The receptionist asked if I had allergies and then after speaking to the PA said I could not get the flu shot. I am not allergic to eggs which can be a problem when it comes to getting a flu shot. She said I would have to get my allergies "under control." I was confused because my doctor told me to get a flu shot but she had already run out which is why I was going to concentra in the first place. I told her that I have year round indoor allergies to dust mites and I have never been told that I could not get a flu shot. She told me that she would ask the PA to speak with me, but the PA never came out, instead the receptionist told me that I could not get the flu shot. No medical professional ever spoke to me before they refused service. If they can't handle something as simple as giving flu shots I would be hesitant to go there for any services. There may be more of an explanation as to why they felt I could not have the shot or some misunderstanding about my allergies, but I was only allowed to speak to the receptionist so I will never know. Either way, that is enough of a reason for me not to go back there again and to recommend to everyone that I know that they do the same.
