i purchased a couple massage coupon and had tried to make an appoint 5 different times. First of all you can call 10 times a day and no one answers, once you email them it takes them days to respond and each time i tried scheduling an appointment date from january until JUNE they declined it. Horrible customer service and communication. They really just dont care. There are hundreds of massage places to go to but based on this experience i would never recommend this one.
They also have a location in lilburn georgia which is worse than this one.
terrible!. i purchased 3 massages via groupon for harmonious lyfe spa. i went to the first one and it was great, even though her shop was in a terrible neighborhood and i jumped up at the end to look out of the window to make sure my vehicle was still there and safe from some young guy who was just standing in front of the little store there. tara said she was moving in a month. i was very happy to support her and she took my voucher and recorded the information and wanted to keep it. luckily, i asked for it back for my own reference. i waited until she moved and finally tried to make several appointments over a month an a half to no avail. all requests were rejected, her phone number is not listed on the new site and i had to track down her phone number from old correspondence. of course, i got 'mailbox full' and after several attempts i got to leave two different messages, practically begging for someone to contact me either via phone or mail. nothing. nada. zip. finally, i asked groupon for a refund and they credited me for the money and i will use it wisely next time. it's sad because you want to try to help small business owners, particularly a minority woman, and this is what you get.
I purchase 5 vouchers from Harmonious Lyfe Spa in December, 2011 and the experience has been the worse ever that I have purchase from Loclly
The owner closed her shops from February to April of 2012, and she does not take appointments by phone only by email, so if you do have an appointment there's no way getting in touch with her to find out where she is located if you are lost.
I finally was able to schedule an appointment and she was a no call no show this morning. If was very unprofessional and I had drove an hour from my house. She did not call me, to let me know that she was not going to make the appointment.
How I can get my money back? Rip off.
So far I tried 3 times to set up appt. each time was cancel. I bought a voucher for a couple massage. Does any one know how I can get my money back, bought it at groupon
