I read the reviews about Miss Mamie's and saw the accolades they were so proud of, however, when I tasted one of their cupcakes I'm not sure why they were proud. I bought 30 of these for an employee's birthday and I was so excited with anticipation to have everyone taste the edible jewels I had discovered. Imagine my surprise when I picked one up and found that instead of a jewel it was a hard, dry lump of red clay!!!! I called the shop to let them know of my experience. I was told that they make the cupcakes daily and usually people say their cakes are moist. Erin then suggested that I come into the store again to try them. Seriously????? You don't offer a partial credit or some sort of compensation for your subpar merchandise and you're still asking for my dollars? You would rather lose potential customers than to ensure they have an excellent experience with you. It's a shame that customer service is no longer about the customer. I will tell my company, friends, social organizations as well as my epicurean club not to waste their dollars or time at this facility unless they enjoy disappointment and regret. Instead of Miss Mamie's, you should try Holly's in Colony Square. Now that's an awesome cupcake!!!!!

I can taste why they won cupcake wars! Miss Mamie’s gourmet cupcakes are to die for! They are Amazing!!! And her shop is just darling and her staff is super friendly it’s a place that makes you feel welcomed and wanted! BEST.CUPCAKE.SHOP. IN.ALL.OF.GEORGIA!!!
