I called Reliable and two other major local companies for a quote on a new main HVAC unit. Jeff came out on time and spent plenty of time listening to my issues with the old unit and what I wanted out of a new unit. He gave me several options to choose from. All of the systems that he quoted were hundreds of dollars less than the other two companies and were better quality. Jorge, Lex and Michael came out today and installed my new system. I have to say that it is the best looking HVAC system installation that I have ever seen. They fixed all of the issues with the old system and busted their tails making sure that everything was done to perfection. When they left, the area around the HVAC unit was spotless. I couldn't be happier with their service!

Dustin, Mike, Miller and Mike Kish arrived on time and spent the day installing a new furnace and air conditioner. They were so professional and pleasant in every way. When they were done with the job every area in which they were working was left absolutely spotless. I appreciated that very much! Another thing that was so helpful was the time that Dustin took to instruct me in the “equipment!” He was patient (he had to be as I am mechanically challenged!) and, again just so pleasant and kind.

We are lucky to meet Reliable salesman Mick Inzer. He's very professional English is our second language and sometimes is not easy understand what we want to say. We found good talk and understanding with Mick. We use two dehumidifiers in our basement. Mick proposed to install a new return for the basement. It definitely helps to reduce humidity. Reliable team which installed our Trane showed very high professional level. They worked about 6 hours only for installation. We are very happy with Trane and will recommend it for our friends.

I was pleased with the promptness of how quickly the job was started after the initial call was made. The personnel installing my new furnace and a/c would be out the next day but I had to arrange to be out of work so the company worked with me. Everything works efficiently, quietly, and I have not had to call the technician back out to check anything. I would definitely recommend this company and its Trane products to all my family and friends.
