I brought my watch in (that I had purchased at the other location) to to be serviced. Easy process, in and out quickly, very friendly. Even cleaned my wife's jewelery at no charge. Will be back again!

The Buckhead location has the best Estate collection in town, I got a beautiful ring at a great price! The staff was friendly and incredibly patient while I tried so many things on. I will be back again soon, can’t wait to see your new estate stuff!

It has been my experience when shopping for jewelry gift items I go to the pros. Brown & Co has such a great selection when purchasing gifts for my clients and family. I have bought from little girls necklaces to sporty watches. Price points are on point. Love, love, love the savvy sales team that are so willing to educate and direct you on what is truly best for your jewelry needs. Product knowledge top rate and of course what I love the best is B&Co customer service. I now take my jewelry in for cleaning and service/repairs. I am far from rich but they make me feel really rich and special. It's always an awesome experience.

Hats off to all of you at Brown & Co. You are number one on my list when it comes to jewelers!

A couple of weeks ago, I went into Brown &co. looking for a watch that I might want for my birthday. This adorable lady, Yelena was very helpful through the process of helping me find a watch I would like. While I was there, she offered me champagne and cleane rings. I will definitely be coming back to Brown & CO.

Every time I walk into Browns they are more than helpful and very friendly. I recently went to get a watch battery replaced and while I was waiting they offered to clean all the jewelry I was wearing as well just to be nice. They are not only professional but also know their selections and don't try to push you to buy anything out of price range. I love their range of collections and styles.

By far the friendliest high end jewelery store!. Recently went to the buckhead location since a good friend of mine kept raving on about how great the selection and service was. when my wife and i arrived, all of our expectations were blown away. the presentation of their inventory was impeccable and the sales people were very friendly and eager to answer any questions we had. that day we did not make a purchase (but did find something we will be going back for!) and they still offered to clean my wife's rings and mine! overall i could not have asked for anything more out of this visit. it was by far the best experience i have ever had at a jewelery store and we will most definitely be coming back for years to come!
