This is the best jewelry store I have ever been to and I am extremely happy with their service with both my engagement ring and our wedding bands. They don't harass you until you want to run away and they truly work with your budget. Both brothers are very knowledgeable and the other associates are very helpful as well. I'm looking forward to shopping here for many more years to come!

I went to Rubin Brothers based on a recommendation from an ex-boss and an ex-coworker. I went there with my then girlfriend back in January 2012 and they treated us very fair the first time. I dealt with Mitch who was very no nonsense, but honest. I told him my budget and he had the sales people show me what my budget would cover. I ended up reaching back out in March once I knew what to purchase and they were very quick with locating a diamond in my budget. I went in to finalize everything at the end of April with Darren and he gave me a great deal on the engagement ring and diamond. I tried looking only for a similar diamond and all the prices came back higher versus what he quoted me. My appraisal came back even higher than I anticipated. Darren is the more pleasant of the two to deal with, but overall they have earned my business and I plan on going back and recommending others to go. Once again, I am not an employee.

Exactly what I wanted Rubin Bros. created a custom wedding set that started as a mere idea in my head. They took it from idea to final product, and it is exactly what I envisioned. Every detail is perfect, and they had no problem with all of my detailed requests. Their strength is their ability to make and offer beautiful high quality jewelry at a competitive price. Their weakness is not always calling when they said they would, but I could always reach someone every time I needed to. They have more staff now which probably eliminates this issue. I would recommend them to family, friends, anyone. I couldn't be happier, and I'm hard to please.

I like the brothers and dad. i went in the other day and asked for appraisals on my engagement ring and band that was purchased there in 05 and 06. i also asked for an appraisal on a pair of diamond studs. i told the "girl with the dog" i need "ALL 3 PIECES OF JEWLERY APRASED FOR INS. CO." did she or the blond i also told listen, NO. BUT, they have beautiful stuff and will haggle on price

When I walked in wanting to upgrade the main stone in my wedding ring, I was first greeted warmly by the bros' father. Once I spoke to Mitch, told him what I was looking for, he stated he would give me a call once he sourced it. A couple of months passed & no call (hence 4 star service). When I walked in & reminded him, he searched his notes, apologized, found a stone immediately & sold it at cost. They also placed a new setting without extra cost in a timely manner. I've ordered diamond necklaces through Darren and had my jewelry cleaned while waiting. They've always been cordial and I find very knowledgable. I've since relocated, but am hesitant to go anywhere else. And no, I'm not an employee nor appear to come from money.

I visited this store on the positive recommendation of a good friend.I was blown away by how many amazing brands they had in the store.I was able to deal with the owners directly and they got me a much larger stone than I thought I could afford on my budget.I will be a customer for life.

We were referred by a friend and we were not disappointed. The pricing for what you get is amazing. We felt like it was extremely low stress and they were not pushy. They explained everything and were very friendly. We ended up not settling and getting my dream ring for far less than I thought!! We got the ring and diamond for less than just the setting would have cost at Solomon Bothers. They asked our budget and helped us make decisions that allowed us to truly stay within it. We will go there for all our future jewelry needs!

we went in to sell some gold, we ended up selling the gold with no hassle, very easy transaction, then we had some rings sized at a very reasonable price, and had a stick pin made into a ring. We have had a wonderful experience
