Rude and lying staff. When I arrived for my appointment, their system was "down," so I couldn't have any work done. The receptionist claimed she called me an hour before and left a message, but this was a lie -- no message was left. Then she graciously informed me I wouldn't be charged for that visit! If I'd cancelled an appointment an hour before, they would have charged me. Well, my time is valuable too.

On my previous visit, they shot me full of Novocaine and were ready to proceed when I was given a bill for $2,100 to be paid that day. As I was unable to pay, I left with a numb mouth and no work done. Why didn't they tell me how much it was before administering Novocaine? Total waste of time, and they CHARGED me for the privilege!!

I will not be going back, and urge you to find a different dentist.

Happy Paient. I was in a wedding in Atlanta this past summer knowing there would be a lot of photo opps I decided to go in for a whitening. The opportunity was very efficient and I was able have a big confident smile in all the pics the day of the wedding.

Horrible "beside" manner. I went to Radiant Smiles today for a new patient visit and cleaning. I was very satisfied with my dental hygienist at first. She cleaned my teeth well and explained things as we went along--and then we got to the end of my visit...

Dr. Wu came in, spent no more than 30 seconds in the room, used a device I

ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF!!!! Teeth Whitening.. If there was a minus rating, I'd be giving it! I bought a Groupon coupon for a $643 teeth whitening. I paid $69 for it. A young woman applied bleach to my teeth. 30 minutes later, she told me I was all done. There was absolutely NO CHANGE in my teeth. In fact my wife said that my side teeth (untouched) were whiter than my front teeth that were "bleached"!

Disappointing service and unethical behavior. I went to Radiant Smiles this morning to have professional teeth whitening performed. At first sight, the facility was clean, the staff was friendly and acted professional. Upon receiving my treatment, I felt "pushed out". I had to ask for a mirror to look at results, and had to ask for mouthwash to offset the taste of the chemicals. Moreover, once I looked in the mirror I noticed some pretty radical uneven discoloration, that was not there previously. I did not see any visibile all-over teeth whitening, but rather spots on some of my teeth and gums. When asking to see the dentist (Dr. Wu), I was sent the receptionist to address my concerns. The dentist came over and "examined", stating it's a "difference of opinion" and she can't do anything about that execept fill my teeth and charge me for that. UNETHICAL. Ruin people's teeth and then offer to fix it by inserting foreign matter in their mouth and charging them for it, and ruin their mouth for a lifetime.

DO NOT GO TO RADIANT SMILES DENTAL!

Radiant Smiles. I am very upset with the way I am being treated after complaining to Radiant Smiles. For two crown replacements, I had 5 impressions, one broken temporary, one broken permanent crown, 7 visits in 8 weeks, an abscess, etc. I am 65 years old and have had a number crowns in both Washington, D. C. and Atlanta, and I am very disappointed that this dentist doesn't understand why I will not return or pay for my trauma.

Response. Reviewer5506: It sounds like you had a bad experience at my office, and I would like to know more about it. After a dentist has performed major work on your teeth, such as performed a root canal or placed a crown, within a week at most your teeth should feel as good as they did before the tooth began to decay.

Our policy is that if we have placed a crown within the last five years and there is a problem with it under normal wear and tear, we replace the crown at no charge. Please give me a call at 404-389-0700, and let me make this right for you.

Thank you.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! - Horrible Experience. I went to Radiant Smiles and had some major work done (a few fillings, crowns, etc) that was close to $2,500. It took them THREE different visits to actually get the two crowns to fix! Six months later, I went back and they told me I needed another crown for a tiny crack in one of my back teeth that had all of a sudden appeared. I decided to get a second opinion and turns out that not only did I not need another crown, but the first two crowns I had put on are not even fit down around my tooth. My second opinion dentist has been in the business for 30+ years and he said that he had never seen worse dental work. I am actually in the process of contact someone at the American Dental Association to see what my next steps should be as I need to have the crowns redone. I would not recommend Radiant Smiles for any dental work!

Check out the "F" rating they received with the Better Business Bureau!! Horrible!
