Ups and Down.
My very first visit was ok. I booked everything online because no one ever answers the phone. After my first massage, I really wanted another one. I booked that day in the office. But due to no reminders like the first experience. I missed my appointment. Finally got in and the massage was horrible and I was charged a missed appointment fee for their technology issues. I am very hesitant to go back to this place. I think my massage tech is no longer there, which seems to be a high turnover issue. You get what you pay for. I would not recommend.
