Worst plumbing company I have used to date! I called this company to install a new hot water heater at one of my rental properties. They did not leave a receipt/invoice or new appliance paperwork when they installed it. I overlooked this since my charge served as a receipt and I could retrieve the manual from manufacturer. Several months later I learned they did not reconnect the water line for the refrigerator. I called them about it and they said that the company had "changed owners" and they needed to ask the new owner about it. They said they would have the new owner call me. I had to call them back several times and “new owner” never would talk to me. They told me that the new owner said it had been too long since the installation and would not come out to reconnect the water line. So I went to Lowe's and got the tools to do it myself. Then a couple of months later the hot water heater stopped working. I called them back to get warranty repair done. They then told me that they would not help me because they were not the company that installed it. They said that they only purchased the phone number from the previous company and not the customers. When I asked how they were able to pull up my invoice and all the details about the installation if they did not own the customers, they said that that information came with the phone systems. Now I was not born yesterday and they had previously told me that the company had a new owner. I proceeded to ask for their assistance since they were in fact a plumbing company and my hot water heater was still under warranty, but they refused to help me. I was shocked. So I called the manufacturer to find out who could do this service for me. They were also shocked with my story. They told me that any plumber could do the service that labor was covered under the warranty. I had to contact another plumber to repair the heater. I do not believe that owners changed with this company. I believe they had such poor reviews with BBB that they closed and reopened under a different name. Original name: Rooter Express of America. New name: Rooter Express Plumbing Services. No matter what really happened, these people lied to me several times and the worst service I have ever seen from a plumber. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!

These people are interested in shaking down their customers. I talked to a plumber about the work these people did; he said they charged about 40% more than they should have.
Never even showed

Called to have my septic tank pumped- routine stuff. Said they would be here between 4 and 6pm- at 6:15, a man shows up in a Ford pickup truck (no company logo) and says he's just there to check and see what's going on and that the pump truck was in route. He stayed 5 min- all he did was locate the septic tank (actually, I just pointed it out to him, as I already knew the exact location). He leaves and the pump truck NEVER shows up!! I get no phone call explaining why, and they are unreachable by phone. Next day, still no truck or even a phone call. Just wondering how the heck they stay in business...

Donny in the home office lied to my home warranty company about the cause of my plumbing problem so that they denied my claim. It cost me $2500 and should have been covered. The crew who did the work said so, but Donny had his own agenda. It's been a terrible experience.
FRUSTRATING, HORRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

Just moved to the area, reasonable people; but, our patience is over. We have six words.....WAIT FOREVER, NO RESOLUTION, CRAPPY SERVICE. Can not imagine how these people are still in business. Our issue is still not resolved with the Marietta office & we're ready to submit a claim to the corporate office. Looks like we'll need to get our lawyer involved in this one unfortunately. I can't belive we have to give 1 star on this rating......BUYER BEWARE!
