Where is the customer service????. I have ordered from Gloria's before and received a beautiful arrangement, but a couple of days before Mother's Day I received the worst service. Since Gloria's shop is closed before I can get to Conyers and my internet at work restricts viewing the website, I called to get a few ideas for some special Mother's at the church. The person that answered the phone seemed like she did not know alot about the business and after relaying my questions to someone, they eventually got on the phone and was rushed and frustrated. I asked her why she seemed frustrated and she explained that they were busy. If I am not mistaken, I believe business are meant to be busy especially a florist around Mother's day. I said never mind and hung up because I was not going to give anybody my money if I was frustrating them to learn about their product. Needless to say, I hope that Gloria plans to staff her business appropriately for future holidays and special events.
