My wife and I hired a couple limos from MTI late last year for our wedding could not have been happier. We have had some bad experiences with other limo companies in the past, so we were pleasantly surprised when MTI exceeded our expectations.

First of all our drivers where on time! Normally one might think that being on time is a given, but you would be surprised to learn how limos we have charted that have been late picking us up. This simple fact put them miles ahead of companies I had used in the past in my opinion. Apart from this, however, their vehicles were spotless and the staff was just very friendly and professional!

Great service! We've used MTI numerous times both for short sedan rides and large weekend bus rentals. They are always on time and provide great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who need limo and / or bus services!

Amazing service, 2nd time customer!. Just wanted to give a huge Thank You to the staff at MTI and especially the driver Pierre who made our experience not only memorable but he showed the utmost professionalism and care for our passengers. We had a passenger who forgot their id and Pierre was nice enough to give them a ride to pick it up. This was truly an amazing experience and I will never forget this night! MTI is our only choice for our next Limo Bus events and we look forward to another wonderful experience! Please let Pierre know how much we sincerely appreciate him!

Thanks again for everything and I will be in touch soon to setup our next trip.

Best Limo and Shuttle Service. I reserved a limo for my son and his friends for his birthday. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They walked the through the process and kept in constant contact with me. When the "big" day came, the driver called me continually and gave me updates. The limo was beautiful, clean, and fully with sodas and water for my son and his friends. The driver went out of his way to make my sons day one that he would never forget. Thank you MTI for an unforgettable experience!! Thank you Isaac for being such a delightful driver!

MTI Limo has terrible service.. Dont use MTI Limo. We used this company on Aug 8 for a funeral and the service was terrible. Here is what went wrong:

1) The Limo driver got lost when trying to find the pickup point in Lithonia, GA, and was 25 minutes late arriving. Dispatch had assurred us the day before that we did not need to give them directions, and that they could "find any location in the world"

2) The driver did not listen to us in giving directions to the drop off point (the church where the funeral was being held). One of our family members had to lead him to the point. We arrived at the Funeral 25 minutes later than expected.

3) We had to instruct the driver how to get back to I-20. This is not hard to figure out as it was only 2 turns from the church -- MLK blvd to Fulton Industrial, and go 2 block to the I-20 entrance ramp.

4) Some of the amenities in the limo did not work properly, including the intercom phone and the controls for the air conditions.

We would have been better off driver there ourselves.

MIT's owner has refused to give us a substantial rebate for this lack of service. In addition, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Burea, and they have failed to respond after over 1 month.
