don't even bother

i purchased 3 massages via groupon for harmonious lyfe spa. i went to the first one and it was great, even though her shop was in a terrible neighborhood and i jumped up at the end to look out of the window to make sure my vehicle was still there and safe from some young guy who was just standing in front of the little store there. tara said she was moving in a month. i was very happy to support her and she took my voucher and recorded the information and wanted to keep it. luckily, i asked for it back for my own reference. i waited until she moved and finally tried to make several appointments over a month an a half to no avail. all requests were rejected, her phone number is not listed on the new site and i had to track down her phone number from old correspondence. of course, i got 'mailbox full' and after several attempts i got to leave two different messages, practically begging for someone to contact me either via phone or mail. nothing. nada. zip. finally, i asked groupon for a refund and they credited me for the money and i will use it wisely next time. it's sad because you want to try to help small business owners, particularly a minority woman, and this is what you get.

DO not buy a voucher to this business

Called several times to try and call to schedule an appt...voice mail box was always full so we could not even leave a message....so contacted them via email and asked someone to call me since I had questions, their website would only schedule part of the services my voucher was purchased for......NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK...several more emails were send and still have not heard back from them....this has gone on for months. I am currently trying to get a refund.

Fraudulent business do not use them!

I do not believe this business even exist. Every time you try to call you get a voice message. Then after weeks they call back and schedule a massage and then cancel. This has happened three times. I think my Loclly voucher is money that has been thrown away. Stay away from this place.

Don't go here!

Oh my gosh! This place is so annoying! I had 2 separate massages scheduled at the Tucker location and both times the door was locked and no one answered the phone!
I purchased massage vouchers months ago and still haven't been able to use them because this "spa" doesn't know what they are doing. So agrivated right now.
