Good job. I have had several treatments at Bella by Alethea, including a laser treatment package and separate facials. I have never been made to wait more than 3-5 minutes after walking in. The front desk staff is always very polite and caring. When you walk in, the atmosphere is more like a relaxing spa, instead of a sterile doctors office.

good job. Always very prompt - in and out quickly. Only recommendation I can make is to be sure safety goggles are wiped between each patient. One time, mine looked a little dirty. They keep very good records. My preferences & settings from previous treatments are always known .

nice job. I only intended to have a quick oil change at Auto Express in Santa Cruz, and asked if they could also install my brake pads and rotors. I had all the wrong parts, but the guys came up with the correct ones within an hour and had my car all ready to go within 2. The price was very reasonable especially considering the level of service I received. They did a great job and were friendly and knowledgeable. I would refer them to others and of course return again for my auto service.

Wonderful spa. Found this spa thru Groupon for laser hair treatments. Have been numerous times and have had a wonderful experience every time. Staff always takes time to answer questions and is very polite. Althea is extremely helpful and plan to have other treatments besides the laser hair removal.

Very ineffective laser treatments. I went through about 8 sessions of hair removal treatments at Bella – but they were very ineffective treatments – about 2 weeks after my last treatment, the facial hair was back again almost same as before, as if no treatment was done at all! Even prior to starting my sessions at Bella, I had gone to another medspa and received about 12 sessions of treatments with them for my facial hair – even with these prior treatments, the additional sessions at Bella remained ineffective, while I had also followed all instructions that were given to me by the staff before each treatment.

I truly feel like I have wasted my money.

Quite honestly, I think this is a nice little scam that most medspas are running. Do not go to Bella. On top of all this, the owner has a bit of an attitude as well.
