Poor customer service lately. My daughter has gone for swim lessons at aqua tots for 3 years now. She has learned a lot and wants to enroll in a swim club. I recently enrolled my 3 year old and the experience has been terrible. A front desk rep. By name Jasmine has been rude and sarcastic to me. My daughter missed some classes and I requested for makeups. This front desk rep. was very uncooperative and made an impression that we were looking for free classes. We have had other problems with their front desk before. They cancelled classes and didnt inform me.We have never missed a payment and I don't the way fron desk has treated me.Instructors are very good but customer service is terrible.

Disorganized mess!. They don't give refunds, be careful with automatic payments!

My daughter has learned so much!. My almost 4 year old has been taking swim lessons at Aqua-Tots for 6 months now. She has learned so much. The teachers are wonderful. From their individual classes to their group classes, my daughter has so much fun every time she goes. She can now pull herself from the pool onto the pool wall and out of the pool all on her own. That really puts me at ease. If there were ever a pool emergency, I know she can get out on her own. She just learned how to float on her back unassisted, which is a life-saver in every sense of the word. It's fun for her, and it's a necessity for me. We love Aqua-Tots!

Best Swim School in Cobb County!. My kids ages 4 & 6 have been attending Aqua Tots Swim School in Kennesaw for the past year! The instructors are all very kind and patient. My then 3 year old boy was terrified of the water and the instructors helped him become more comfortable starting with basic water comfort along with water safety skills. He is now working on safety skills such as floating and swimming short distances. My older child had taken some swim lessons but only during the summer. She too has been taking lessons for a year and now loves to dive, do flips, float on her back, do the several strokes. I love that my kids are currently taking group lessons at the same time at opposite ends of the pool!!

The make up policy is incredible - As long as I give 48 hours notice I can get a make up swim lesson for each of my children no questions asked. If the kids get sick I've called 30 minutes before the lessons with a last minute cancelation because one of my kids got sick. It's been no problem to reschedule both of my kids when one is sick.

I am happy we made the choice to stick with Aqua Tots during the winter months so this summer has been much easier at the pool!!
