Roof rapair. I was quoted and billed by the owner of Biltmore just under $2000 to reflash 1 area 26ft long, 1 area 96ft long, 1 area 4.5ft long, patch some areas that a squirrel is getting in the roof and repair flashing at another area. What I got was a clear caulk applied to some of these areas. After speaking with the owner of Biltmore he informed me that caulk is considered flashing and what did I expect. I expected metal flashing when I was quoted and billed almost $2000 for flashing.
