Our experience with Chuck and his crew has been GREAT! They are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers and are never stingy with their one on one time with us. They truly saved our pond with their diligent work to find a leak in our waterfall (they did NOT build our pond...sure wish they had). We have, and will continue to get all of our "fin babies" from Chuck. We currently have ~ 20 healthy and happy babies and most of these were personally picked by Mona for health, beauty, and variety, THANK YOU MONA..

Reviews for Splendor Koi and Pond. Chuck and crew provide excellent service for both my koi ponds and fountains. If you have a situation that needs attention, they'll make sure that they take care of it immediately. I have new equipment in both ponds and it works wonderfully. They stand behind their equipment and their installations. The instructions are easy to understand and to implement. I can't wait to purchase some of Chuck's beautiful koi for my new pond. Thanks Chuck for all your help!

Chuck and his crew give their utmost best!!!. My husband and I have a small koi pond in our backyard and everytime chuck and his crew come out the do their absolute best. Their work is always top notch and they are very polite. They make sure you understand what it is they are doing and also help you in the upkeep of your pond. Not only that but their fish stocks are beautiful!!!

We would recommend them to anyone who asked and will continue to do business with them. Chuck is not only a good business man but he is also a good person.

Excellent source for everything I needed.. We've had small ponds in our backyard for a few years now, but as the fish grew so did the ponds. Which is how we came across Splendor Koi. I decided to dig a much larger pond by myself and needed advice. Chuck and team were incredibly helpful. They came out and gave me advice about halfway into the "big dig" in the backyard, gave me a wealth of information anytime I stopped by and showed me a bunch of photos of their work in progress to demonstrate how to best build my pond. Chuck was especially concerned about our little children and made sure to show me how to build the most solid edge to keep them from accidentally falling in. The prices on all the supplies were fair and the advice and knowledge is priceless. Definitely something to consider. Though after 4 months of building it all myself, I'd also recommend considering getting help with your project. 2,500 gallons is a lot of dirt and a lot of supplies.
