Recently the Geek Squad (Best Buy)
arranged for this electronics firm to repair our television. A representative called and provided excellent service in explaining your procedures and scheduling our service. A field technician proved to be very knowledgeable and personable. He tested the main board and found that the power supply board would need to be replaced as well. This required ordering a new board and a second visit to our home. We talked with a customer service representative at their office and she was most helpful. We thought the television might not be repaired for another week. When Aaron was able to get our needed board, he notified us immediately and scheduled the repair for the nest day. A different technician arrived precisely at the scheduled time and skillfully installed the board. He checked to make sure that everything was working to our satisfaction before leaving. He asked us if we had any questions at all. We had our Samsung lcd television repaired a month earlier which was our of warranty and it wasn't at all a good experience with the other servicer. we have been very impressed with the service we received from this company. We will recommend them for anyone needing television repair service.
Tanstel was chosen by my warranty company to fix my Samsung plasma BEFORE Thanksgiving. They came out and said that they needed to order a different panel. We had to wait another week or so. That panel wouldn't work either.
Before Christmas, my TV was picked up and taken into the shop to be looked at in more detail. Prior to this, it took them several days to get around to even picking it up. We were told initially that it was going to be that night. It wasn't until a few days later.
During December, I had zero communication on their part. I had to keep calling in to check on the status of my TV. I was repeatedly told that parts had been ordered on the 17th. The parts were not actually ordered until December 28th. Once they came in, my TV was ruled as needing to just be replaced.
The warranty company contacted me and said that I needed to get the TV to the store and trade it out. Now, I can't get Tanstel to bring my TV back. I have called repeatedly for FOUR WEEKS to make it happen. I have been told for the past three that they will bring it that week. No communication yet again. This week, I was told that they can't get it to me until next week. I'm not holding my breath at this point. I'll pick the thing up instead of dealing with a company that puts more effort into lying to me than doing what they were hired to do.

Out LCD went out over the weekend-called five or six places-these guys responded quickly, made appointment on time, tweeked the TV and fixed my Boise sound system all for only $59.00.
My wife and I were very very pleased with this and Tom The technician was articulate and knowledgable and helpful-cleanly dressed.
Could not ask for more.
