I do not recommend this school. It felt more like an overpriced daycare instead of a place where my child could really learn. My daughter went here for 10 months (age 2) and had 3 different teachers while she was there. They told us all of the teachers were degreed, but one of the replacement teachers was the person who previously prepared the lunches for the children and had only a high school diploma. The owner did not seem qualified to own a daycare and the director lied to parents about incidents at the school. There also didn't seem to be consistency in what was taught from classroom to classroom. Do not send your child here--it's very overpriced for what you get there.

This is the worst school EVER! It is definitely an overpriced daycare center. The owner is very unprofessional and and standoffish. The high turnover rate is utterly ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend this school to anyone. Don't walk - RUN from this establishment.

This school is definitely on its way up. I know there were a few "kinks" that always need to be worked out within the first few years of a business, but they are doing a great job! The admin staff is always there to help with any questions or concerns, and they always take action. Each teacher has a lot of experience and/or education in this field and they are implementing Great curriculum for my 2 year old. I would recommend going to the school and seeing it for yourself. You will know if it is the right place for you by the warm and inviting atmosphere....

Love this school. My child has attended this school since it opened. During this time he has truly enjoyed his teachers and has learned a tremendous amount. We have already signed up for next year! The staff is always professional and very receptive to questions or concerns. I have recommended this school several times to friends looking for a school rather than just another daycare.

Excellent School with Great Teachers. The Goddard School in Smyrna has provided wonderful care for our two children. The teachers are very good with the children and seem to know every kid in the school by name. The owner has always been very receptive and helpful whenever I have gone to her with questions, concerns, or requests, and if she sees a problem she acts quickly to address it. Most of the children in the school are very well-behaved, as the teachers do a good job of keeping the classes under control. I highly recommend the Goddard School to anyone looking for a superior daycare program for their children.

Stay away!. Such a big disappointment! Horrendous owner who will kick your child out if there's the slightest incident or put them on a 30day probation. Extremely unprofessional and unsympathetic to anyone's needs. High turnover of teachers and staff which is a red flag. Such a shame to have such a horribly run school in an area where it's needed most. But my two words are STAY AWAY! Schools, teachers and administrative will never be perfect but this school has completely failed in every way in my book. I'll save you some heartache and time so go somewhere else.
